Welcome all new followers :)

Thank you for all the buzz. It has been quite intense for a couple of days now. I still maintain that is not really really deserved though, yet I’m surprised and pleased, of course.  

I’m stating here some points that have come up several times in the ask box.

Some answers:

• I should inform that I don’t have a posting schedule, but I do post regularly. At least, as much as possible.
• Even though in the last Tumblr radar I was featured with a tagged architecture related post, I post mostly about visual arts. Architecture as well, but not in the same amount.
• I didn’t create any of the artwork referenced in the blog (every single piece has with it the name of the author that created it). 
• I find all artwork on the different links specified in every post.

Just a quick note to say Hi to all the new followers! Welcome to my humble blog.

Thank you to whomever picked me for Tumblr radar, it has been intense.. so many new followers in such a short period of time! All very nice people, I can gather from the kind messages you’ve been leaving all day. Thank you all again.

I should inform that I don’t have a posting schedule, but I do post regularly. Whenever I can. Maybe not everyday, but regularly enough.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful time wherever you are!

I know, I’m a total disaster at keeping up with everyone… Lack of time and a busy schedule (that doesn’t seem to be lighten up on the foreseeable future) has raised a couple of issues that I’ll try to address now. 

I haven’t been able to create a proper queue of reblogs as I used to and that’s just WRONG. 

In the other hand some of you seem to be more satisfied with a “original posts-only” stream. Mainly the new followers (hellooo!).

The ”original posts-only” system I’ve been on lately is a consequence of the lack of time. It is more of a “I post whenever I can” and quite in a arbitrary manner… for which I’m sorry but it is the only way I’ll be able to keep posting, at least something every now and then. 

So in an effort to try to attend to these issues at the same time, I’m creating a separate page with only “reblogs”, in fact my favorite ones. In doing so, I will be rebloging every time I can and not been preoccupied with the “order” of the reblogs. I see, I like, I post. A more simpler system than the former once-a-week queue of reblogs, and that will allow me to reblog more frequently.

Now that I’ve bored you enough (sorry!) :)  I would like to once again recommend to the new followers “the usual suspects” and thank you all for your kind words and reposts!

I’m excited about all the new followers and I’m welcoming you to my little blog. I hope you are enjoying the posts thus far. At some point I stopped following people back automatically, not because of lack of interest or respect for those that are now following me, but because for a while I got a lot of “fake out” followings or followings with no serious intentions of establishing a connection. In another news :) I’ve been pretty busy lately so when I log in I try to post something but I’m lacking the time, once I had to peruse everybody’s blogs. So, I don’t usually write personal statements in here, yet I feel compelled to address some things I feel very strongly about.

First. I hope, that no matter were you are in this world you are as safe as possible and strong enough to get trough whatever it may be darkening your days.  

Second. I’ve seen a lot of people getting offended or trashing on images urging to pray this last couple of days. Well… In my opinion -taking into consideration all the problems we, mankind, are confronting right now- disagreeing over how people express themselves spiritually, is just ridiculous. There’s no harm on wishing well and peace, no matter what form those thoughts may take. Fanatism it is what is wrong about beliefs, any kind of beliefs.   

Third. On the matter of posting pretty things while the world is full with dreadful news. Well, I choose to post things that inspire me to believe that better days will come. I see enough sadness daily. Nonetheless I do not criticize those who chose to focus on different topics. As they say, live and let live.
